Flipkart — Refund not done for my cancelled order | |||||
Hi, I ordered a product in Flipkart on 1st August 2016. I was told that the estimated delivery will be on 9th August. I didn't get any update regarding my order until 8th August. I called to the customer care, but no right response. I was told to wait for 3 more days for an UPDATE about the order. So finally on 10th August, I cancelled my order. I was told that I would get my refund maximum within 8 working days. It's been more than 15 days since I cancelled. I didn't get any info about REFUND. If I call customer care, they say "I will initiate the refund, You will get the update in 24 hours". Many 24 hours have passed. Yet to update or progress from Flipkart. Such a worst service from Flipkart. Please update me the status of my refund. I am not even getting any details regarding refund as a reply to my mail.
