Flipkart — Refund not initiated and issue not resolved since 20+ days

My issue has not been resolved since 20+ days and i am fed up of customer care . No pregress at all.
I had ordered Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 3 Chromebook Intel Celeron Dual Core - (4 GB/128 GB EMMC Storage/Chrome OS) CB 11IJL6 Chromebook with order ID OD[protected]
I have been contacting the customer care literally everyday but i don't see any progress. I have even sent the necessary DOA certificate of the laptop but i don't see any progress at all. I need my refund .
