I ordered oppo reno8 mobile phone on 10th Aug 2022 and its delivery date was 17th aug. It got postponed by week and then it was 23 Aug. Again it was postponed, I contacted several time to customer care for any update. I didnt get any positive feedback or satisfactory answers. I raised several tickets but those are marked as resolved on same day without any proper justification.
So i decided to cancel order and cancelled on 24th Aug. I have already paid amount via credit card for this order and expecting refund for cancelled order.
It supposed to be after 4 working days. but until today, i didnt get any update or refund. I called customer care again for several times and raised tickets. its same situation, i didn't get any satisfactory answer or update to ticket. Its frustrating. Please look into this matter as soon as possible. It's been month now and I am still waiting for resolution.
