Refund not processed after order was cancelled on 25th oct 19 for order no. OD[protected]. Even after repeated calls to customer care team, they just say they ll forward a complaint to the relevant team and resolve in 2 days and still no update on the same. Pathetic service
and also for order no. OD[protected], which was to be delivered by 28th oct and after repeated emails no delivery attemt made and i was fed up and hence cancelled my order on 03rd Nov 19, Still no update on refund.
