I had ordered two products on 6 sept 2018 and paid the specified amount online through my sbi debit card but flipkart kept on delaying the delivery till 15 sept and then asked me to cancel the order because they were not able to deliver it. When i applied for refund then i got updated from flipkart that i will get my refund in my sbi bank account before 27 sept. But today is 12 oct 2018 and still i didn't get my refund. I checked with my bank also they don't have any transaction details related to the arn no provided by the flipkart. Everyday im calling to flipkart executives but they just put my call on hold and not providing any solution. I have registered 4 times in flipkart for refund request but didn't get any solution. Then they registered one complaint on 6 oct to which their backend team will coordinate with my bank and provide the solution before 10 oct and again i registered the same complaint on 10 oct and i was promised that will get the solution before 12 oct but no progress regarding these complaints. Infact their executives are not able to tell the status of these complaints they are telling they have no information regarding those complaints. They never transfer the call to their senior executives and put my call on hold and never come back. So im requesting you to take a strict action against them as this is not the first case.
