I have raised a return request with Flipkart for above mentioned product on 29th Nov. Accordingly the Flipkart executive came for pickup on 30th Nov, he shown me the reference picture in his mobile for which he came for pickup. And after verifying the product condition, he picked up the product. But the Flipkart status was not updated as picked up. After I found that, I have reported the same issue to the Flipkart Mogappair Warehouse (nearest hub where all my Flipkart delivery and pickup are processed). Warehouse team has agreed the issue is at their side, they missed the product somewhere, they told, they will try to find the product, and process the refund asap. I also reported to the customer care to escalate the issue. But there is no action taken from either of the side. Then due to the recent cyclone in Chennai, I am unable to follow up much on this. Again Flipkart was saying that they not even pick-up the product on 30th Nov. So they were keep rescheduling the product pickup for the last 5 days. Now it is showing as return was cancelled according to our seller policy. Customer care executives and Warehouse team are playing football with my hard earned money. If Flipkart does not train their executives to handle the orders properly, what I could do, why I should suffer from all this annoying situation. Please take action, process the refund as soon as possible.
