[Resolved] Flipkart — refund not provided for defective item | |||
I had ordered a screenguard for j7prime which did not fit into the phone i called flipkart i was told it is non returnable and u can discard the product and replacement would be provided but the replacement order was cancelled twice from their side and then i asked for a refund now they generated a pick up for which i was earlier told its non returnable and u can discard it. Now when i again called back asking for refund they told we cannot provide refund without the product Was this information helpful? | |||
