[Resolved] Flipkart — refund not received and no proper response | |||
This incident took place during the month of march 2018. I ordered for two footwear and i was not happy with the product and so i returned the product demanding refund. I was supposed to receive my money by 6th april but it has been 20 days but still i haven't received. I talked with bank with ref number but they wanted me to check with flipkart. And so i talked with them and they asked me to wait for some time as they wanted to check with the seller. I waited and i got a reply from them saying that the seller has completed his refund. Again with the bank i checked but they said they found no signs of the transaction. I have been trying to talk to the flipkart persons but i have not received any response. Help me with this issue. Verified Support May 05, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We called the customer on 15 Apr 18, informed the customer that the refund is already completed from seller's end and requested the customer to visit the bank. Closing the case from our end.
