[Resolved] Flipkart — Refund not received | |||
This is regarding refund for a product (Moto E-Smartphone) ordered(Order No. OD[protected] on Flipkart through e-gift vouchers on July, 23rd, 2015. Since the GIANT e-commerce website didn't deliver my product in time, I cancelled the order and till now I have not received the refund(in form of e-gift vouchers). On top of that the Customer Service of the e-retailer are not helping in this matter either, I have called them several times regarding the issue still they are just not being serious and are just toying with me. Everytime they come up with a new date for refund and the limits have been crossed now. I sincerely request to look into this matter and help me with further proceedings.
