[Resolved] Flipkart — Refund Not Received From Flipkart of my Samsung Phone

I ordered a Samsung F41 phone worth 14, 999 /- from Flipkart on 20th august, then I cancelled the phone delivery due to some issues and a Flipkart message came saying that your order has been successfully cancelled and you will receive your refund till 24 august. But I did not receive the payment, I called customer care on 26th, saying that refund was not done, they gave me a reference number and I gave it to the bank, but the bank also said that they did not receive any payment/refund from Flipkart. I've been calling Flipkart customer care more than 6-7 times now, but they are only saying that your payment has been done and here is the reference number, etc etc. What should I do now? Verified Support Sep 10, 2021 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are sorry for the trouble caused. We're writing to you about your SAMSUNG Galaxy F41 (Fusion Green, 128 GB) with order ID OD[protected]. We’d like to let you know that the seller has confirmed that the refund of Rs. 14499/- has been completed on 21 Aug 21 and should be reflecting in your account by now. Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care with the refrence number[protected] using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
