[Resolved]  Flipkart — Refund not received from flipkart within date

I ordered a realme x2 pro from flipkart during the narzo10 sale on july 21st by mistake and immediately cancelled it. Flipkart said that the refund has been done and it will reach by july 29, 8 days later. But i still did not recieve the amount. I tried contacting them by phone and emails but to no effect. Then i tweeted this issue tagging them. Flipkart support immediately messaged me regarding the issue and said the same above that they had refunded and asked meto check with the bank. I asked the bank and they said no refund has arrived and it can't be tracked until flipkart gives the utr (Unique transaction number) to trace the refund and it is not possible for them to track with flipkart's refund reference number. When contacting flipkart again, they say that they have helped with the issue and it's over. How will it be over before getting my money? I want flipkarrt to give me the utr number and my money back. The seller is visionstar which is flipkart owned.

We’d like to let you know that the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on 21 Jul 20 and should be reflecting in your account by now. Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
