[Resolved] Flipkart — refund not received in my wallet or bank account | |
After cancelled my order i didnt get my refund from flipkart. I contacted them many times. They still saying that they have escalated my issue to the concerned team to resolve my problem soon. But it already took 7 to 8 days. Some times they say my money refuned to my wallet and again they say they will resolve my problem soon. I can provide pic of my order deatils and refund status in flipkart.

Verified Support Sep 05, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint that amount is not reflecting in the wallet account hence we informed customer to check with his alternate number. Closing the complaint from our end.
