Flipkart — Refund not yet issued since 1 month

I ordered for HP printer on 7th September. But the order was cancelled by the seller on 12th September as the logistics person didn't go to pick up the order from him. But still I didn't receive my refund for that product. Just extending the dates to resolve but no response from anyone. But receiving message that it was shipped and to reject it if delivery promoted so that they can issue refund. But it was cancelled by the seller and not yet shipped. I need my refund
