[Resolved] Flipkart — refund not yet received waiting till now

Still waiting for refund since one week, flipkart customer is denying for help. Already contact my bank many times, no amount is flashing over there. After fighting with flipkart somehow i got the utr no but that no is not showing any details about the transaction when given to bank employees, flipkart is giving wrong utr no. And denying for giving the status of the transaction.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We had interacted with the customer, Customer informed that they have not received the refund amount yet and the call was disconnected.

I tried contacting the cistomer again but could not get connected, hence send an e-mail with the ARN number to check with the bank team.

Closing the case as the issue is been resolved.
