They have been deliverd wrong item to me then when i raise a return request they just cancelled all the three times return request and they blocked my account since 1 year they are just giving me the copy paste replies like ntrust we have calrrifierd or else we have shared detailes like that but i have paid 32995rs and they are just giving silly excuses for same i want my refund my mobile number is [protected] and order id is OD[protected]

every time i call to the customer care they are just giving me same thing like we are escalating this issue to our team they will revert back within 72hrs but there is no resolution since 1 year 1000 above cases i have registerd with the customer care as well as social media team and so many times i have mail to u regarding the refund and unblocking my account but there is same copy paste replies from the flipkart end i have shared a youtube video as well i have shared all the details in that video link below https://youtu.be/1b39PVxuJ8Q please check out this video and within 24hr sione more video will be publish meanwhile i want my refund because as i told you i dont have pateince any more its already been 1 year complited but my refund is not iniated yet i want my refund shame on you how discusting this since 1 year you are harrasing me i will file a case agaist you flipkart india if my issue not get resolve today and escalte this matter to media team as well . because here flipkart is running a big scam and fraud you took my 32995rs unblock my acount i will share my bank details to you refund my money manually its 32995rs matter not a 100rs i cant leave a single rupee
