This is to inform you due to pathetic and ridiculous process of your company and third class customer service, here by I have to complaint here on Consumer Forum.
Grievance is related to refund of the order canceled by my brother.
Order Id: OD[protected]
Refund Amount: INR 13399/-
This amount might to nothing for you but it’s very huge amount for me.
I am following up with your customer care team since a month but every day I get a call from your CC team and everyone has the same question “What is my issue?”
Really?? Are your CC executives are blind? Illiterate?? Can’t they read the previous incidents?
I have shared all the proofs asked by your team. Still they call and asks the same question again and again.
For better clarification kindly go through the previous grievances and if you require more details them call on register number.
For God’s sake don’t ask illiterate and blind people to call and ask same question. Unknowingly I may abuse now.
