Flipkart — refund of cancelled products is not done and added 400 as penalty | |
I booked two products in flipkart app paid through flipkart pay later account and i cancelled two products cost of two products is 1088 rupees. Order id od[protected] product reached the seller on 27 th september and seller initiated refund on 1 st of october but it is not reflected in my flipkart pay later account. I complained about it multiple times but they didn't not added refund to my flipkart pay later account. As i didn't get refund i haven't paid the bill of september before 10 th october for not paying bill before 10 th october they added 400 rupees as penalty. I complained about it but they are not responding to me. And their customer service representative said that it is their fault. I won't get penalized for delay of bill payment as i complained about it before 10 th october. But they added 400 as penalty and not refunded my money 1088 to my flipkart pay later account. They informed that if i don't pay the bill within 45 days they will disable cash on delivery option to my account and they will hold the money of prepaid orders and if i don't pay the bill within 24 hours they will cancel the prepaid orders also. Without doing anything wrong they are torturing me like this and indirectly blackmailing to pay penalty and bill without refunding the money. Please take care of this and provide services from them.
