[Resolved] Flipkart — refund of fossil smartwatch of rs. 21995 not received | |||
We ordered fossil 4th gen smart watch on 31.07.19 via order no. Od[protected] This we have gifted to someone and purchased on emi through hdfc credit card. The person who has received this on 01.08.19 has not found it ok.. It's touch is not working properly and even it has no voice feature. Explained both the things properly in their return policy and requested for refund on 02.08.19 We received mail on 05th aug.19 from flipkart for they needed our written consent to lodge a complaint against dealer... And since then, we are following up with them on daily basis.. And they are just making lame excuses, extending the things... No one giving proper answer... Our emi has already been charged on us... And they have not collected the product nor they have refunded... Will take care not to purchase anything in future from flipkart.. But please help us to get out this money...
