[Resolved] Flipkart — refund of gift voucher ( no revert ) | |||||
I have raised a complaint regarding my issue with the Flipkart to refund my gift voucher on 13th Oct . No proper action is taken, If we are calling customer care, they just tell us they have been escalated our complaint and wait for 24 hours or 48 hours our team will resolve it. But, Already it's more than 5 days, there is no refund or getting voucher back to registered mail ID. Fed up of co- ordinating with these things. Was this information helpful? | |||||
