[Resolved]  Flipkart — refund of item not delivered

Hi
I had ordered a hard disk drive with a prepayment. The item never reached me. when I asked for the item to be delivered, the consomer service rep cancelled the order on her own and saud will initiate a refund. however one month down the line the order is returned as per their website but the refund is still pending. when i contact their customer service, they disconnect the call and tell me that i am not contactable. My money is struck with them since the past one and a half month.
