My flight ticket got cancelled due to CORONA phase which was booked against the route from Ahmedabad to Banglore dated 13’th oct, 2020 . Please find the details below

Amount paid is Rs.3770
( Base Fare: 3330 + Taxes and Fee: 635 + Convenience Fee: 280, total 4245 - Coupon Discount:475)
On 10th of October, I got text as the flight got cancelled by airlines which was on 13th oct .
then i received a call from airlines asking me to cancel my booking from flipkart and assured me that flipkart will provide total refund of my flight as it was cancelled by airlines only . then i cancelled my flight from my booking option in flipkart then i received status of cancellation pending then i contacted to flipkart travels for that and they told it will b cancelled within 14 working days to validate my cancellation and they will take more 7days to refund my amount in bank
I did wait for time provided by them and then I called to flipkart to know status but they told me to wait for 4th nov, 9:00PM
There, Flipkart didn’t come upfront and confront the same, I had to call them.
I had shared my details to [protected]@flipkart and got an email, and waited till 4th nov then received email on 4th nov asking me to wait for 5th nov then 6th nov then 9th nov and then they again ask me to wait for 10th nov
even though i waited for all the times provided by them, then i called flipkart travels they didn't respond then i wrote mail to [protected]@flipkart.com and also to [protected]@flipkart.com as i got information that he is CEO of flipkart (by net source).
i didn't got any reply from them till today 12th nov for my refund and the I made several calls, each time each executive were assuring me that, It will be refunded in 2 days and so on.
Finally today[protected] I called them again, and asked that did they will refund my amount or not, and I was totally surprised, they
I have tried to contact their customer care several time and have written several email to [protected]@flipkart.com but have not received any response regarding the refund amount .
Same issue happened with my 2 friends woth same complaints and same flight and they got also cheated by flipkart and here is flight details of them

Now this is getting frustrating, It seems like they are doing this deliberately which need to be reported to consumer court.
