I ordered a 1 ton Samsung AC through Flipkart app. While ordering, by mistake, I chose my home town address (Pithapuram, A.P), instead of my current address in Hyderabad. I was unable to change address or cancel the order online, so as suggested by Flipkart support team, we have refused the delivery at doorstep but the delivery guy has wrongly marked the order as delivered. We only get a toll free number with a code, so couldn't contact delivery guy later.
I have raised the complaint about this issue on the samw day immediately. It has been 1 month since then and Flipkart still shows my order as delivered and my money of 30, 999/- rupees is blocked a with them.
I have been calling their customer care and writing mails to them almost everyday since then and no action has been till now and they don't even respond correctly about the status. Every single they ask us to wait for 48 or 72 hours and then they keep postponing the issue. Also, some of the complaints they marked as resolved without any resolution, I had to reopen and raise it again.
Kindly help to resolve this issue and make sure that Flipkart pays high penalty along with the actual money for the mental and financial trouble caused to us.
