I ordered two Boston Club Pyjama by seller AVSONLINE on 25.05.2020 of Rs 614 each on online shopping portal Flipkart via cash on delivery payment mode.On 01.06.2020 they delivered me a packet containing only Pyjama.On the packet there was invoice of two pyjamas pasted and courier person also took the price of two pyjamas from me on delivery.When I opened the packet there was only one pyjama there.I contacted flipkart customer care same day, they assured me that they will resolve my problem asap.After that they send me mail from mail id [protected]@flipkart.com and [protected]@ncp.flipkart.com to send my ID card for refund process initiation.But mails are not deliverable to these two mail ids.I am constantly trying to contact flipkart customer care and trying to make them
Understand that mails are not being sent to these two mail ids then how could I send my ID PROOF to these mail ids.But again and again flipkart is rejecting my refund request with the reason that I am not provinding my ID PROOF to the mail Id provided by me.Its been 14 days already that I am being harrassed for refund of my own money.I want my money back at any cost.Literally flipkart is Cheating on me and harassing me.
