[Resolved]  Flipkart — refund or replacement cancelled after delivering a defective product

₹6, 278through net banking after received the item i noticed the item is defective as its wires which is supposed to be inside the heater is hanging outside. Also some metal plate is not properly placed. I requested 04 times for replacement but every time after one day of request it is automatically cancelled.
1st request:2nd sept 1.01pm... Status:cancelled
2nd request:4th sept 10:46am.. Status:cancelled
3rd request:4th sept 5:03pm.. Status:cancelled
4th request:5th sept 11:46am.. Status:cancelled
Now for this i stopped requsting and contacted through facebook. Everytime i discussed the prob they coping the same message as"we're on it! You can expect an update on this over the phone or via email shortly. Thanks for your patience."
Now flipkart is already took rs 6278 by giving a defective product. When i bought the product, it is showing 10 days replacement but now they are rejecting this. Please solve the issue as soon as possible because rs 6278 is not a small amount.
