Flipkart — Refund payment not made

I have ordered Thomson TV (model : 9R PRO 108 cm) through Flipkart with 3years additional warranty on 21/05/22 and received the TV on 25/5/22.
That TV started a visual complaint on Sep-2022 and I raised a complaint in Thomson portal on 30/9/22. Meanwhile I informed Flipkart about the TV issue. Later Thomson tv mailed me to share invoice copy and address details on 12/10/22. Thomson again mailed me on 13/11/22 to share my mobile no i shared same day. Later I followed them several times and they did not respond. After numerous follow ups they shared complaint no: 6W48UKK on 28/10/22.Then Thomson sent a technical person to check my TV. That technician simply visited our home and till now no answer for the issue. Again we approached Flipkart and Flipkart called and said they will refund money and share your account no. I shared my account no with Flipkart through mail on 23/11/22. Flipkart said on or before 7/12/22 you will get a refund. Flipkart said our technician will come and visit your home on 1/12/22. But nobody visited my home. I informed Flipkart on 2/12/22 that nobody came for the TV pickup. Flipkart customer care said, from the date of receipt till 5months only we are able to refund your payment. After 5months we can't give a refund. Again, I tried Flipkart on 4/12/22. Flipkart customer care person over the phone called me to wait till 9/12/22. Today they replied that our refund got rejected. Both Flipkart and Thomson wantedly drag this TV issue out for 2months. I want a refund. Kindly help in this issue.
