Flipkart — refund pending and bad customer care response

I have raised this complaint through "resolver.in" but still no positive response from flipkart.

Date of Incident: 29th March 2022
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Computers and Consumer Electronics
The issue that I have experienced was: I have ordered an LG AC 5-star unit along with extended
warranty cost Rs2599. The delivered unit was wrong so, I returned the unit to flipkart and the refund
was processed.
Its been more than 20 days since the refund requested but the refund for the extended warranty is still
pending and I received calls from flipkart customer service 8-10 times asking me to wait for 24 hours
for the refund.
It occurred on: 29/03/2022.
