I am writing to escalate a serious issue regarding my return request for an order placed on Flipkart.

Return Requested On: 12.03.2025 (as per return policy)
Return Approved By Flipkart: Yes
Product Couriered To Warehouse: 30.03.2025
Warehouse Location: Bhiwandi
Despite the return being approved, no one visited my address for pickup even after the scheduled date passed. Upon contacting customer care, I was advised via email to send the product directly to Flipkart's Bhiwandi warehouse, which I did on 30.03.2025.
To my disappointment, the warehouse has not accepted the returned item, and my refund remains stuck as a result. Every time I speak to customer support, I receive inconsistent and conflicting responses, and the matter remains unresolved.
I have followed all instructions from Flipkart’s end and have even borne the cost and effort to ship the item myself, but the return/refund process has failed on Flipkart's part.
I request the following:
Immediate acceptance of the returned product by the warehouse.
Full refund of the order amount to my original payment method.
Reimbursement of courier charges incurred due to failed pickup.
I hope this matter will be resolved at the earliest. I am attaching proof of courier dispatch and previous communication for your reference.
