[Resolved] Flipkart — refund pending for missing item

I have ordered for 2 pairs of shoes for kids. I received only one pair of shoe but payment collected for 2 pairs of shoes. So i requested for return and refund the amount. Product was returned but i received the refund for only one pair of shoe. Refund is pending for missing item. I have made so many calls for this issue to the customer care but my issue is still not resolved Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
