I am filing a complaint against Flipkart for their failure to provide a refund for my defective item. I placed an order for for Crompton Avancer Prime Anti dust 1200 mm ceiling fan on Flipkart's website, but I have received defective item, So I requested for replacement, but Flipkart customer team placed refund request on 21 March 2023. I reached customer via mails or calls and changing the resolution time frequently. Most of time they are generating Incident ids and closing them without resolution provided to the customer problem. Furthermore, the representatives I spoke to provided me with contradictory and unsatisfactory responses.
As a result, I am filing this complaint with the National Consumer Forum, as I believe that Flipkart's actions are a violation of my consumer rights. I expect to receive a full refund for my cancelled order as soon as possible. I have attached all relevant documentation, including my order details, cancellation confirmation, and communication with Flipkart's customer support team.
Below are resolution time which Flipkart team creating multiple Incident id when I reached customer via mails or calls and changing the resolution time frequently. Most of time they are generating Incident ids and closing them without resolution provided to the customer problem.
