[Resolved] Flipkart — Refund Promised but not not given

I ordered an induction cooker from flipkart, the cooker got delivered to me but I wanted to return the product so due to covid flipkart could not pickup my product so their team called me and informed the I don't need to return the product and they will refund my money. They asked my bank account details..but after so many days I still did not got the refund and moths passed they are asking the product back ...they already told me that they will not pick the product due to covid and they will procees my refund...after 6 months still I did not got the refund?

Since the product was delivered to you on 30 Oct 20, it has crossed the seller's 07 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request.
