[Resolved] Flipkart — refund related harassment | |||||
I had ordered a pair of slippers from flipkart in september. It was a cash on delivery order hence i paid the amount of rs391 but the quality of the product was very poor and unfortunately i had to return it and ask for a refund. On asking for a refund i was told that it would be done in 7 working days. That did not happen sadly. The company has still failed to provide the refund of the product even after a month and have been harassing me by asking bank details and other personal questions ever since. Somehow, my regular bank is not capable enough to receive refund from them and they refuse to redeem the money in my flipkart account wallet so that i can buy something else from it and be done with it. Oct 23, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved THE COMPANY INDIVIDUALS GAVE ME A CALL AND ASKED FOR MY BANK DETAILS FOR THE 5TH TIME. THE GOOD THING THAT CAME OUT OF THIS WAS THAT THIS TIME AROUND I DID ACTUALLY GET MY REFUND IN 24 HRS. THIS IS A VERY GOOD PLATFORM AT A TIME WHEN THESE ONLINE PORTALS ARE MAKING FOOLS OUT OF PEOPLE AND MENTALLY HARASSING THEM. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
