[Resolved] Flipkart — Refund request due to replacement item delay and price slashed 2000/- rs | |||||
I bought micromax 43" uhd tv with cost rs 36990/- and delivered on 23rd september .But the delivered item wifi is not working and same as complained to flipcart also.later the service person checked on 25th sep and he decided that wifi is not working.Then flipcart commited that replacement will be on 2nd oct, and later postponed to 7th oct.Then we send a request mailo to flipcart for refund but they did not accept refund .Here replacement is not completed but the above item price slashed to rs 2000/- from 36990 to 34990.and also request the flipcart to give benifit of 2000/-.But they did not accept refund. k.rajasekhar Was this information helpful? | |||||
