[Resolved] Flipkart — refund request for 20600 rs not processed | |||
I have booked two refrigerators and i cancelled one refrigerator because of wrong address and second one was cancelled by flipkart customer care person by mistake. I am following for refund for past 20 days but i haven’t received my money back. On 27th october i got a call from flipkart and they accepted their mistake and they said because of their system issue they were unable to process the refund so they got my bank account details and ifsc code for manual transaction. They said to wait for five business days that istill 3 november 2017. I have not received any update regarding that refund till date. I have called many times to flipkart customer care but they are still asking do you want to cancel this product. They are not moving this case in right way i am not getting any solution from them. Nov 9, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved After long Trouble I got my money back. Please dont let common peoples into these much troble. for a common man 20000 is very big money. try to hold your customers.
