[Resolved] Flipkart — refund request for oppo a3s (purple, 64gb) | |
Hello team, I have already raised the return request (Od[protected] [incident: in[protected]]) on flipkart website for return of oppo a3s (Purple, 64gb) as battery charging takes 4-5 hrs to get completely full which is not acceptable for any customer. Flipkart customer support executive keep closing my request without provinding me any resolution and sending me reply that i failed to reply to their email within 48 hrs so seller cannot provide any replacement or refund but i had already mentioned my concern over their portal within definite timeline given for the replacement of the product. The refund should be initiated by flipkart as product information was undisclosed by their seller on the website at the time of purchase of this product. I feel like they have cheated on me and now they have declined my refund request. Please help me to initiate refund request as i don't want any kind of replacement of the product due to major flaws in the product.
