Flipkart — Refund request rejected 3 times on Realme C21Y

I want my refund on Realme C21Y as today i have completed 3rd technician visit and this was confirmed by your executive (Jhanvi [soory if spelling is wrong]) that further there will be no technician visit and you will have your refund but now your are saying that we can't process refund as seller is not getting any damage approval by technician. How can a visit of 5 min technician knows my problem of Mic/Speaker ask him to stay for 24 to 48 hours (my 2nd floor is empty) he will surely confirm the problem.

Very rude behaviour for plus member till now I have never returned any product so this means there is some serious problem in this phone that's why I am returning it.

Call me only if you are okay to approve my refund request don't make call to say "please visit to nearest authorised service centre" why would I visit if i have taken this from your website and what's the problem you have to take the phone and refund my money.
