Flipkart — Refund / Return a product

Hi, i ordered a surprise gift for my wife and i item which was she received a completly different product. The delivery was open delivery but the received person didnt know what was the actual product. I only comes to know that the product was completly different only whe she sent me the photos. I was trying to return the product from last one week. Flipkart is keep rejecting it.The product which i received a low quality product.
