[Resolved] Flipkart — Refund Sent to Wrong Account | |||||
We bought a game on 18th December through Flipkart (Order No : OD[protected]. The piece turned out to be defective and we asked for a replacement. The third-party seller would ask for 20-30 days for replacement and cancel replacement in the last week. This has happened twice. We wrote to Flipkart in February for a refund - clearly informing them via email that the refund is to sent to our bank account as the credit card had expired in January 2017. They agreed but have refunded the money to the defunct credit card. Refund amount is Rs. 2484. Their customer service executive is never available when we try to contact them on toll free number. Last when we talked to him, he was very unsupportive and passed the ball in our court. Was this information helpful? | |||||
