Flipkart — Refund to account | |
A samsung refrigerator was ordered on October 3, 2021 which was delivered on 20th october. Payment was made through credit card. But it had dent on body. So requested for replacement. Replacement was delivered on 29th October and it has more dent than previous one. So requested for refund. Flipkart is refunding the amount on source credit card. But the credit card bill has already generated and paid. Now if the amount returns to credit card, I will not be able to encash it. It will be of no use untill further purchase. I have no requirement of purchase now. Already almost 1 month passed and my rs 18990 is blocked. SO I WANT THE REFUND AMOUNT TO BE CREDITED IN MY BANK ACCOUNT. Was this information helpful? | |

Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Oct 31, 2021 Updated by Akash Das. A voucher of rs 1500 is used for the above mentioned order which was redeemed by using 150 supercoins. Flipkart is not refunding those 150 supercoins which were used to purchase the voucher. That means along with my money(which is blocked for 1 month) Flipkart is now looting supercoins for literally nothing.  | |
