Flipkart — Refund withheld Order # OD[protected]

It is with the utmost disappointment, frustration and disgruntlement that I write this email to you.On 03.05.23 I made an order of two jumpsuits.The jumspuits arrived yet they were not the ones I ordered.In other words there was a mismatch.I initiated a return for both jumpuits and they were picked up 10.05.2023 by an Ekart Delivery Executive.Before handing over the package with the two jumpsuits I confirmed with the Delivery Executive whether he was expecting two returns and he said yes.The refund for one jumpsuit was credited the same day yet for the other one it was not.Moreover, the following day I got a message from flipkart stating that the second jumpsuit ie order # OD[protected] was out for pickup to which I contacted the delivery executive and he informed me that his job was simply to check to for stains and damage and not count how many products I had given.He advised me to contact flipkart customer care.I contacted the customer care on the same day and narrated the incident.They informed me the issue would be rectified at the earliest.I got an email from customer care stating that "they have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 16 May, 11:54 AM".However, I then got a message from Ekart stating that the pickup had been rejected because the product was damaged.Firstly there are two issues with the message from Ekart
1.The product had been picked up on 06.05.2023
2.The order was in good condition and was not damaged.
Moreover I then logged into my flipkart and got the message that the refund had been cancelled.
Sir, Madam, I feel that I have been wronged in more ways than one, The Delivery Executive failed to do his job and this is unacceptable.My money has gone without even having received a product.Flipkart has not been transparent and has just sent an update into my account without even calling me.I feel this is daylight robbery and there is no accountability on the part of Ekart or Flipkart.I wish this matter may be resolved and treated with the urgency it deserves so that justice may be served.
In addition kindly find the highlighted response from Flipkart to the abovestated grievance

Hi, Greetings from Flipkart! Order ID : OD[protected] Thanks for writing in. We are sorry for the trouble caused. We totally understand your concern. We would like to inform you that pickup is scheduled by the seller and the product will be picked on or before 15 May 23. Please keep the initially delivered item ready along with all the accessories and price tags in the original product box. Seller will initiate the refund once the pick up is confirmed. The amount will be credited Back To Source within 01 business days from the date of initiation as per standard banking processes. Your kind understanding in this regard is appreciated. Thank you. Have a nice day.

With special focus on the response given by Flipkart highlighted in blue, I have several issues with that response
1.Firstly yesterday was 15.05.2023 and Flipkart has not initiated a return pick up
2.Even if they were to initiate the pick up the product was picked up on 10.05.2023 as alluded to in grievance 4533496.

I strongly feel that Flipkart customer care does not take consumers seriously.Instead of liaising with Ekart to make a follow up on the products picked up the customer care thinks this is a big joke and is taking me for a ride.Well I am serious and I want my money and I want it now.Respected Officials, kindly do the most to address my grievance .Online shopping platforms need to be accountable and transparent and Flipkart is found wanting at this juncture.It is high time the bar is set straight and consumers are prioritised!!!

It is quite ironic that Flipkart's emphasise on Customer First, Ownership, Bias For Action, Audacity and Respect. The way I have been treated is nothing short of being a joke and being undervalued.If Flipkart stands to be trusted then it must take action on this matter and give it the due respect and attention it deserves!!!
