[Resolved] Flipkart — refund yet to be received | |||||
There are three products of which i have not received the refunds. All the three is saree product and payment for them was done online through debit card. Order id — order date — price — rrn Od[protected] — 12.07.2018 — 1169 — 75105178194001213881364. Od[protected] — 11.07.2018 — 3430 — 75105178197001218023696. Od[protected] — 12.07.2018 — 2099 — 75105178198001219495447. I have not received the refunds for these products even though the returned products has been picked up. Its been almost 2 months and i have not received the refunds for the same. I have also contacted my bank but they too are saying that no amount has been credited to my account. The bank also told me to contact flipkart which i have already done but flipkart still claims to have credited the refunds. Please do look into the matter and take some actions.
