I have purchased a product on 2/9/2018 and receive the same on 12/09/2018 and found the product as demage. On 12/09/2018 i request for replacement of the same product. On 20/09/2018 while i was tracking my shipment i found the courier partner said "undelivered due to demage". I call the customer care they suggest me to cancelled the product but i denied there proposal and said "you should cancel the shipment at your end as you are unable to provide me the product" and they did as per my proposal.
Now i request you to refund/ replacement of the same product at the same when the damage product will be picked from my point within 27/09/2018 as the product is purchased for gifting purpose.
