[Resolved] Flipkart — refusal to replace defective item | |||
I purchased a moto c plus which keeps restarting. Flipkart has refused to replace the item because one technician spends two mins with the phone and sees that it does not restart ignoring the fact that this phone has restarted repeatedly the rest of the day. How can flipkart refuse to replace or refund my money when the request is made within the replacement time. This is cheating customers of their money and forcing them to stay use a defective product. Your customer care people have only kept me on hold for 20 mins 3 times and done nothing. I want my product replaced asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
