[Resolved]  Flipkart — Refused delivery

Delivery boy always refuses to deliver to our address. I have ordered motolola one fusion plus on 10th august 2020. My order number is od[protected]. Delivery boy asks us to come and collect from a shop which is 3kms away from my home or tells us to collect from the courier which is 12kms away from us. He did the same thing with this order. When i told him to deliver to my address he didnt contact me further and i got a message that he tried to call me but i refused. Infact he didnt try to contact. I called customer care and they told that issue will be resolved. And i got a call from the delivery boy after this and then he asked me for the address thats it then no calls. I got a message that my item has been cancelled because delivery boy could not deliver. I need the product not refund. Please take action against the delivery boy. Though my address is a village address the road is really good and there is no containment zon e here.
