Flipkart — Refused to pick defect product | |||
I have ordered (Realme C11 smartphone) from Flipkart but the smartphone have many defects So I have called to Flipkart bcustomer care executive for support) At first they said one person will come for verification then if the person found defects in the smartphone they will accept the return and give my money back to my account The person came to my house and found defects and then he accepted the return But the delivery boy never came to my house to accept the return and now a message came in my number that (Pickup Rejected Product mismatched ) But the delivery boy never came to my house It's a very serious isssue Plzz solve my problem I have called customer care executive They are now saying only replacement is possible Return is not possible Plzz help me I want my money back Was this information helpful? | |||
