[Resolved] Flipkart — refuses to return | |||
My name is amit kumar ([protected]), i placed an order for mixer on 10/05/2019 costing for 1749 my order id is od[protected]. I waned a juicer but due to my mistake i ordered mixer so i requested for return on 13/05/2019. Company accepted my request and sent me a message regarding my return request along with the number of pickup boy. I called that man but he denied to come to me, then i called to the company they sent me another number but the 2nd pickup man came by bike on 17/05/2019 and refused to take the product saying that he'll come tomorrow by car. This whole process took 4 days. Today on 18/05/2019 the pickup boy was supposed to come but flipkart called me and told that now your product is not going to be returned due to time delay you can only replace it. I want you to tell me whose mistake is this and return my product as soon as possible so that i can buy my juicer. Avoid delay to avoid legal process. Was this information helpful? | |||
