I ordered 3 units of Dr Vaidya's My Prash Chyavanpraash by OD[protected]. It was delivered by Ekart Logistics by FMPP[protected] ON 14/01/2023. However, the delivery contained only two of the three items. I raised a concern immediately with Flipkart CC and was assured of a resolution within 24 hours. Then 48 hours; then 20th of January, then 21 of January; then 24th of January; then 26th of January; then 30 of January; then 31st of January; then 1st of February; and, now 3rd of February.
During one of my numerous calls with Flipkart CC I was told that the resolution would be provided on my registered mail ID. Later, the same CC informed me that NO mail had ever been sent to me on the registered mail ID. I checked the registered mail ID [protected]@yahoo.com which is now inactive. I tried to change it myself on your app to [protected]@gmail.com but was unable to do so repeatedly. I requested Flipkart CC for help and they asked me to write to [protected]@flipkart.com with incident ID in subject - IN[protected] along-with copies of ID proof on the 25th of January, 2023. I asked again and was again asked to write to [protected]@flipkart.com with incident ID IN[protected] along-with ID proof on the 26th of January, 2023. I asked again and was again asked to write to [protected]@flipkart.com with incident ID IN[protected] with identity proof on the 1st February, 2023.
Despite all my attempts, Flipkart has not bothered at all to call or at least write to me. I keep calling the flipkart CC and they keep telling me stories and how they cannot connect me to anyone with responsibility. Was this information helpful? |
