[Resolved] Flipkart — Refusing to refund for a cancelled product | |||
I have ordered Moto E3 power (order Id: OD[protected] on 18th Feb and cancelled on 22nd Feb. Delivery boy tried to deliver on 24th and we refused to accept the product. The delivery boy has delivered on 25th when we were expecting some other delivery. I ordered this item from USA for my father in India. I asked my father not to break the seal of the product when I understood they have delivered the wrong product along with the other right products those I was expecting. Immediately I notified flipkart and an incident has been raised IN[protected] 3 to address this. I was told as it was not my fault so the amount would be refunded. After that it seems flipkart has taken replacement request instead of refund. and customer care is now forcing me to accept the product that I cancelled 3 days before the delivery and because of the fault in their delivery system they can not force customer to accept something which was cancelled but delivered along with other right products. Please note that the seal of the package is not even broken. Was this information helpful? | |||
