[Resolved]  Flipkart — reg: buy back option issues

I bought a galaxy s7 with buy back option.in the 11th month the buy back option got disappeared from the flipkart website. So i raised a complaint and the customer person mentioned so fault from the flipkart side and asked me to order any mobile and they will pay the excess amount.
So i ordered a new phone and the delivery person told there is a small spot in the mobile so cant take for exchange. When purchased the buyback it was only mentioned no major damage should be there. Also it was mentioned if there is damage there will be reduction in the buy back amount. Both the options are not given for me.
The customer care persons are also rude and didn't help to solve the issues.
