[Resolved]  Flipkart — Reg : installation service pending of samsung 1.5 ton inverter split ac - magnolia

Hi, i have purchased the samsung 1.5 ton inverter split ac on 30th jun 2017 and it was delivered to my home on 6th july and till today 11th july 2017, the installation service is pending. As per the product terms & condition mentioned during the purchase, the product installation was to get finished within 24hrs to 48hrs.

So pls let me know, for why the customer is hampered with the poor service delivery done by the company? Why the installation charge will be paid to the technician for delay? Who is going to compromise the customer for the delay made till date? If the company have poor/lack of service, why they restrict customer not to go with other own option. Falling lack of company negligence, why the customer have to bear.

So, i would like to make clear by this complain if further delay is made, "installation charge will not be paid by the customer" as well as if it delayed by more than two days from today, the product will also be returned back. It look completely odd, the product is available but of no use. The money is paid to the company but its not worthy.

customer complained for installation delay. We interacted and apologized for the issue and requested to allow time and customer co-operated with us and waited for a long time. When it was delayed more, customer arranged for installation by its own. Apologized for it and feedback taken and closing the case.
