[Resolved]  Flipkart — regarding account blocking

I ordered a power bank from flipkaet and seller sent the wrong model number. I asked for replacement thrice and all the times it was rejected without any reason. Then i talked to the customer care and asked for replacement of the product or refund for the same and they disconnected the call and blocked my account. When asked again and again they said i had unusually returns thats why my account has been blocked. How can they do this without advance intimation to me and hiw can they leave the issue unresolved for the current purchase?

Customer raised a complaint stating that customer account has been blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that customer request for return can not be initiated due to high number of returns. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.

Sir as i know No account can be blocked without prior notice leaving the current issue unresolved.customer care telephonic conversations have only one reply that i will get revert from backend through mail only, why dont they come forward and talk over the phone.second why didnt they give the reason for cancellation?where is flipkart policy? how can flipkart take the decision on its own without prior intimation to customer and take the decision of blocking id in the middle of the conversation when an unresolved matter was in discussion with ? very unfair and unprofessional policies.i havent seen this on any other portal as i have made returns there also but none blocked without intimation or consent.the seller has mentioned the same model no on the packet but sent another model inside the parcel.this is cheating with the customer.if they had problem with return they can reject that but while there is option of replacement why didnt they do that so far.? its acustomer against policy and none would like or admire it at all.it means flipkart and seller can impose anything on us anytime by sending wrong products and then blocking id's immediately suddenly which exactly happened to me.

sir fir st my account was blocked without any prior warning or intimation/consent second the wrong product issue is still in the middle.does that mean if a account has been blocked i am bound to keep the wrong produt which i didnt order?
